Use the netbook-remix-team ppa !AUFPASSEN!: (https://edge.launchpad.net/~netbook-remix-team/+archive), install everything apart from ume-config-netbook. Once again, DO NOT INSTALL ume-config-netbook unless you are running an diamondville-based netbook (sprich einen Atom der ersten generation).

Once installed, you'll need to add maximus to autostart for your session. You'll also need to setup the gnome-panel to look like the screenshots, basically:
* Delete bottom panel
* Setup top panel like: GoHomeApplet|WindowPickerApplet|NotificationArea|MixerApplet|Clock

We recommend setting up a new user for testing purposes, and yes, we are working on an easier method for you to test this stuff out!!"

Nein, auf http://www.eeebuntu.org/ kann man direkt das Netbook Remix ISO runterladen.

das ist jedoch nicht das richtige Ubuntu Netbook Remix, sondern eine Version von eeebuntu mit Netbook Remix Oberfläche drüber
also sauberer kommst du davon, wenn du auf das canonical Ubuntu Netbook Remix wartest
